You will be involved in your main task - preparing and organizing the department's outpatient clinic and coordinating appointments - and take care of assisting in the outpatient clinics and their follow-up.
Routine tasks such as dressings, infusion and injection preparation are a matter of course for you.
You will be involved in taking medical histories, recording findings, preparing prescriptions and documentation.
If necessary, you will carry out the billing of private medical services.
You will also be responsible for general correspondence.

You have completed training as a medical assistant or as a healthcare and nursing assistant.
You have experience with modern communication tools such as MS Office and ideally in dealing with hospital information systems (ORBIS).
You have a talent for organization and, above all, a competent manner in stressful situations is easy for you.
