The Sportklinik Hellersen is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. Almost 50,000 patients come to us every year to have their orthopaedic illnesses and injuries treated by our top physicians or for the implantation of an artificial joint. As a sports medical examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique Center for Special Pain Medicine.

Your tasks

  • In your main task - assisting in the medical and/or surgical field - and contribute through your qualified and professionally experienced surgical-technical assistance the responsibilityfor the specialized and medically delegable assistant tasksand are therefore a reliable partner to the doctor.
  • You will be responsible for the careful planning, preparation and follow-up of operations and other medical procedures (and assist with small to medium-sized procedures, including wound closure and dressing).
  • You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining the necessary technical equipment.
  • Patient safety and compliance with hygiene regulations are your top priority.
  • Thanks to your open-minded nature and high level of flexibility, you are always open to further development.
  • You seek interdisciplinary contact in order to strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation.
  • Professional documentation and binding standards are routine for you.

  • You have completed training as a CTA (m/f/d) with.
  • Further specialist training and initial experience in the OR, ideally in the field of orthopaedics, are desirable.
  • You have a talent for organization and, above all, a competent manner in stressful situations is easy for you.
  • You have a high degree of empathy, dexterity and enjoy working with people.
  • Good cooperation involves give and take - so you are just as flexible as you would like to be.you want from us.
