Sportklinik Hellersen is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. Almost 50,000 patients come to us every year to have their orthopaedic illnesses and injuries treated by our top physicians or for the implantation of an artificial joint. As a sports medicine examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique center for special pain medicine.

You are responsible for operational safety in compliance with legal requirements.
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of internal and external employees.
You will also be responsible for obtaining quotations, commissioning and accepting technical services of all kinds (with the exception of medical technology).
You will monitor and coordinate the technical maintenance and servicing of the building and operating technology. You will also be responsible for the budget.
In addition, you will be responsible for drawing up maintenance and investment plans and will be involved in energy and environmental management.
Your tasks will also include developing emergency plans and measures to minimize operational disruptions.

You have completed training in the skilled trades, ideally with further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in facility management or in comparable areas, ideally with initial management experience.
You are highly process and improvement-oriented and have good negotiating skills.
You have good MS Office skills.
Your way of working is characterized by personal responsibility as well as planning and organizational skills.
You also have a strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness.
You are a leader with empathy, clarity and foresight.
