Treatment requests
For a treatment request, all relevant information must be sent by e-mail to the address of the relevant specialist department. Up-to-date medical documentation is required in order to assess the treatment options accurately.

- Doctor's letters
- Findings with diagnoses
X-ray, CT or MRI images
The documents should preferably be submitted in German or English. Large image files can be submitted on CD or another data carrier. Once the documents have been received, an outpatient appointment will be arranged with subsequent surgery planning.
Billing
Invoicing is based on a cost estimate. The estimated amount must be transferred in advance. Private individuals without embassy support can also transfer the corresponding amount to the account and receive treatment at Sportklinik Hellersen. In order for the operation to take place on time, it is necessary that the payment is received on time.
