Sportklinik Hellersen is one of Germany's leading specialist clinics for orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. As a sports medicine examination center of the State Sports Association (LSB) and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), the highly specialized team of doctors also advises athletes and examines them for their health and performance. The range of services is rounded off by plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as the regionally unique center for special pain medicine.

You will independently organize and coordinate all HR-relevant topics for a defined group of employees in day-to-day operations, from recruitment, development and retention through to departure. You will also be responsible for all correspondence. This also includes drawing up employment contracts, references and certificates, etc.
You will work closely with your colleagues. You will also take on tasks for the team in the area of payroll accounting and time recording as part of the vacation cover.
In addition to the trusting cooperation with the works council, you will actively promote and support the implementation of organizational and conceptual projects in the HR department.
You will also enjoy (co-)designing processes within the department.

You have a successfully degree with a focus on HR or a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in the field of human resources. Ideally, you have already gained experience within the business partner model and have solid knowledge of labor, social security and payroll tax law, ideally also in payroll accounting.
You are confident in using the common MS Office programs.
You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, empathy and sensitivity.
