You will be involved in your main task - the proper implementation of payroll accounting, including all monthly and annual HR work and participation in the annual financial statements - and work closely with colleagues in Recruitment and HR Development.
You will be responsible for the administrative support and management of the duty roster program (ideally Clinic Planner).
You will be involved in setting up a structured personnel controlling system.
You will create monthly reports, evaluations and statistics.
You will also enjoy (co-)designing projects and processes within the department

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in human resources.
You have relevant experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a hospital. You have already gained experience in collective bargaining and labor law and have a sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law.
You are confident in using the common MS Office programs.
You have a high degree of reliability, flexibility and conscientiousness in dealing with sensitive data.
You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, empathy and sensitivity.
