We process your data for the purpose of processing your complaint and possibly resolving it on the following legal basis - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h (consent)
Who has access to your personal data (internal and external)?
- Internal departments: Human resources department, department heads, medical management, nursing management, works council, management, in individual cases secretariat of the departments/departments and data protection officers.

There is no planned transfer of your personal data to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
How long do we store your personal data?
As a rule, we store your data for 12 months after completion of the complaint processing and delete it afterwards. In addition, we store your data in compliance with and within the scope of the statutory retention and documentation obligations, the applicable warranty, guarantee and limitation periods, in the event of legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence, until termination.
Would you suffer any disadvantages if you do not provide us with the data?
