Sportklinik Hellersen launches new clinic website

The website relaunch of the Sportklinik Hellersen has been online for a few weeks now. With this, the specialist clinic for orthopedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine is consistently continuing its newly developed brand and corporate communication and digitally transforming the redesign of the appearance.

A new modern logo design and separate departmental brands for the highly specialized clinic areas of endoprosthetics, the Center for Special Pain Medicine, and plastic and aesthetic surgery marked the start of the new brand communication of the Sportklinik Hellersen . The goal: a targeted and clearly understandable patient communication of the medical treatment focus and a clear highlighting of the expertise of the individual departments of the specialty clinic. The individual brands are strengthened, the medical portfolio sharpened and optimally coordinated.

With the newly designed clinic website, the specialty clinic continues the newly developed brand communication. A clear and uncluttered web design with optimized usability ensures better patient dialog. At a glance, the user receives comprehensive information on the individual specialist areas and treatment focuses, can call up tips for visitors and apply for a job directly on the site via the new career portal. Patients can obtain targeted information about contact persons, specialties and important information about the clinic process. At the same time, the completely revised navigation and menu concept gives users orientation even in the depths of the website, and the user guidance and page display have been further optimized and adapted for tablets and smartphones.

In addition to top medicine at the highest level, with the new clinic website the specialty clinic is focusing on even more service for patients, at all times. "We can also be reached digitally 365 days a year via a newly established chat, because the short line to our patients is very important to us," says Dirk Burghaus, Chairman of the Board of the Sportklinik Hellersen . Website visitors receive targeted and timely answers to their questions as well as assistance, for example, when it comes to finding the right contact person or concerns about the upcoming stay.

As part of the new website, the new specialty brands Schmerzmedizin Hellersen, Endoprothetik Hellersen and Ästhetik Hellersen have also been given their own web portals. "The areas will remain an integral part of the Sportklinik Hellersen , but in the future, for better patient communication, they will be managed as their own brands with their own color scheme and their own web and social media presences," explains Sarah Pawlik, Head of Marketing and Communications. The launch of the new websites is an important instrument on the way to the digital future of the Sportklinik Hellersen and forms the basis for the realigned corporate and patient communication.
